Management, Operation, and Maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sanitary Sewer Collection System (RFP)

Seeking qualified professional firms (consultants) to provide as-needed comprehensive management, operation, and maintenance (o&m) services for the city's wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) and sanitary sewer collection system (system). Maintain operation of headworks, influent pump station, secondary clarifiers, thickening/dewatering, biosolids handling/hauling, and percolation ponds. Operate and maintain aeration; track energy efficiency and provide optimization recommendations. Prepare and submit all required rwqcb reports, self-monitoring reports (smrs), and annual reports on schedule; maintain complete records per permit. See outside link.
