There are two manway hatches at ground level and one roof hatch. There is an interior ladder and an exterior ladder. There is a vent and antennas on the roof with wires along the exterior ladder.

Work shall also include replacement of the cathodic protection system, installation of a tank mixing system, and recommended safety upgrades.
