Summary
Developing and executing a sponsorship and media sales strategy and rate card recommendations; Identifying, soliciting, and managing advertisers/sponsors consistent with program restrictions; Negotiating sponsorship terms within City-approved parameters and documenting deal terms; Coordinating with the City and other stakeholders on inventory availability, content approvals, and installation/production workflows; Tracking performance and providing regular reporting on pipeline, sales, gross revenues, and campaign delivery; Supporting compliance requirements (e.g., IRS private use constraints, audit-ready revenue reporting, and any required approvals). Coordinate with the City as needed to provide ongoing vegetation control and landscape maintenance to enhance and preserve signage visibility.
