Summary
The Contractor shall provide the following services: Site visits to the Library for meetings, field dimension measurements, gallery space prep, delivery, and installation; Generate shop drawings and engineering drawings to fabricate all elements to be fabricated to ensure design intent, constructability, and safety requirements; Fabricate all new Wayfinding elements; Deliver all new Wayfinding elements on site as described in this contract and approved shop drawings (see C.3.3); Install designated new and existing Wayfinding elements in accordance with Wayfinding design; Provide light for outdoor lighting as indicated in design package in Attachment J-1; Provide project management for scheduling, site management, fabrication and installation preparation to
organize and implement Fabrication and Installation Services; and Consult with the Library’s Exhibits Office (EO) staff, the Library’s Applied Information Design contractor, the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and if needed, Architect of the Capitol (AOC) as needed to review space requirements, exhibit content, production details, and locations in and around the Thomas Jefferson Building.
