The preliminary cost breakdown attached to this RFQ/P reflects, among other items, demolition, underground sewer work, ADA parking improvements, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, finishes, roofing, general conditions, contingency, architectural fees, city fees and permits, and sewer-related costs, and also notes that the estimate was based on non-prevailing wage costs.
