Project consists of regrading the existing beach area and adjacent hillside to expand the beach to almost five (5) times larger in area than the existing condition. The project also includes localized drainage improvements, select demolition, and stockpiling of excess soils from the proposed improvements. The majority of demolition activities will be performed by the Owner.
