KY Student Success Collaborative Implementation Partner (RFP)

Contractor shall: 1. Support KYSSC team in the execution of statewide strategy implementation including the coordination of technical assistance, professional development, data and research, and strategy convenings as needed. 2. Provide coaching and support to KYSSC team including leadership development, professional development, and team development. 3. Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of the Leadership exChange program and development of the network of Kentucky change leaders to scale change initiatives across campuses. 4. Coordinate external evaluation for overall impact and effectiveness of the KYSSC to foster a culture of collaboration, build capacity for leading change, and drive measurable gains in student success. Support evaluation of technical assistance projects as needed. 5. Coordinate communication activities including graphic design, website maintenance, infographic development, and other needs as they arise to increase awareness of KYSSC activities and impact among partners. 6. Work with KYSSC and CPE leaders to develop a strategic plan for the KYSSC to scale and sustain change initiatives beyond the JGBF grant, which ends June 30, 2028.
