KP Manassas RTU Replacement

Project consist of replace 4 roof top units (rtu) - rtu-east, rtu-west, rtu-administration, and rtu-conference which are near the end of their useful lives and utilize r-22 refrigerant, which is becoming more difficult and more expensive to maintain. See outside link.
