Kentland Ryan Community Center Cleaning Position

The contractor shall be responsible for the cleaning and custodial services required maintaining the community center. The independent contractor’s duties shall include: exterior - clean exterior sidewalk and walkway areas of debris. Bathrooms - sweep, mop, sanitize, refill soap dispensers, paper toiletries and trash receptacles. (this includes baseball & batton park pavilion bathrooms) interior - foyer - sweep and mop weekly, dust and washing windows. Bathrooms - sweep, mop, sanitize weekly. Discard and refill soap dispensers, paper toiletries and trash receptacles. Gymnasium - sweep and mop floor weekly (with gym floor cleaner), sweep and mop gymnasium stage as needed, sweep and clean bleacher areas as needed, sweep and mop hall- ways parallel to gymnasium floor as needed. Rotary - sweep and dust weekly and discard trash. Concessions – sweep and mop as needed.
