The contractor shall perform the following activities: Provide program management assistance, project management and development support, and staffing for the delivery of the five JSD-TMB program elements specified in 4.1 thru 4.6. Assist with JSD-TMB portfolio management, providing documentation and reporting regarding current projects, strategic alignment and integration of projects to meet JSD-TMB objectives, project resourcing estimates, potential project risk and constraints, and project optimization recommendations. Aid in coordination of project formulation and delivery across JSD-TMB and AO stakeholder groups when directed by JSD-TMB Geospatial Intelligence and Technology Section Chief or Chief, JSD-TMB.
