AvailableScope of this project includes the replacement of four exhaust fans, two vav boxes with reheat coils, and air and water balancing for the equipment and downstream air inlets and outlets. Three roof mounted exhaust fans will be replaced with the new fans installed on the existing roof curbs. The fourth exhaust fan to be replace is in the hvac mechanical room. The two vavs to be replaced are located on the west side of the basement of the courthouse. A security ceiling must be removed in locations throughout the holding cell area to gain access to existing volume dampers and reinstalled.
