Provide, develop, rehab, construct and/or acquire affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate-income persons and/or families including, but not limited to, mixed income and mixed-use properties located in the City.

City of McAllen

Master developer for boeye resevoir development. Master Developer to participate in the City’s efforts to develop the site comprising the Former Boeye Reservoir and surrounding land.

County of Merced

Implement and operate housing interventions under the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA). The goal of this RFP is to expand and enhance housing options for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), and co-occurring behavioral health needs, in alignment with state and federal guidelines.

Hancock County

The objectives of these projects are to create and diversify the supply of targeted housing on the Peninsula; to accelerate the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs); and to design a developer attraction plan.
