International Tuition and Fee Payment Solution (RFP)

To provide a secure online payment system that streamlines the management, reporting, and accountability of student financial records to include training, technical support and has simplicity of use. District payments include but are not limited to activity fees, field trip fees, fundraisers, donations and campus merchandise (web store) property tax payments are not included. The payment solution should allow District employees and non-custodial individuals to access the system, pay for various goods and services and allow parents to register online for district programs (Pre-K and Kids Club). The solution should reduce cash and check transactions while providing receipting, reconciliation, reporting, bank deposit, and internal control functions. The proposed system shall have an available 24/7 customer service to assist with technical issues.
