The Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office seeks proposals to design, manufacture, and deliver a fully equipped Mobile Command Post Trailer in accordance with the specifications in the RFP. Proposals are due by 9:30 a.m. CT on December 22, 2025, with a public opening at 10:00 a.m. the same day.
AvailableThe contractor shall provide the following services: planning consultations; concept design; design development; final exhibition design utilizing existing casework and developing additional wall or special element design bid packages, fabrication cost estimates, as needed. The final design package must include flattened elevations. All changes required by the contracting officer representative (cor) to the design of the exhibition and associated material, shall be made by the contractor within 14 business days and the cor will provide feedback/approval within 5 business days. The contractor’s key personnel for the project shall meet, as required by the cor, either onsite at the library or via a mutually agreed upon video conference platform to present deliverables and attend working meetings to review exhibition and graphic design, conservation guidelines, print collateral requirements, and production details with the library team, and occasionally with partner representatives and other loc stakeholders. All aspects of the design must conform to the exhibition production schedule and fabrication budget that will be provided by the cor at the kickoff meeting after contract award. A schedule of required meetings (onsite and online) and required attendees from the contractor’s team will be identified at kick off. See attached file.
