Vendor must comply with NC and correctional health standards (NCCHC/ACA/ADA), assume financial responsibility per contract terms, meet minimum on-site staffing (100–120 on-site hours/week total) and base pricing on provided ADP projections (~200–220 over five years); a mandatory pre-bid/site visit and sealed proposal submission are required.
