Trim, remove, or cut back all vegetation and brush that obstructs visibility along the designated streetcar line. Tree trimming and vegetation clearance shall be performed along the St. Charles Line, specifically: Carrollton Avenue & Claiborne Avenue to Howard Avenue. Trim all trees to provide a 4–5-foot clearance from catenary/power lines. Upperline Street to Valence Street (Substation). Trim all trees to maintain a 4–5-foot clearance from catenary/power lines.
