Sacramento County’s Department of Water Resources is soliciting sealed bids to construct storm‑drain improvements along I Street and 32nd Street in the North Highlands area, including a new drainage pipeline that connects to Robla Creek. The work will increase system capacity, mitigate localized flooding, and reroute public drainage to the public right‑of‑way in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
