Summary
Pinellas County Utilities (PCU) is seeking qualified professional hydrogeologic consulting services with engineering support to address groundwater resource challenges in the County's North County Service Area, including managing excess reclaimed water during wet periods and shortages during dry periods. The selected firm will provide field investigations, data collection, modeling, and reporting to support critical hydrogeological projects such as injection wells, monitoring wells, and alternative water supply development.
