Hutcheson Recharge Pond Project (IFB)

City of Dade City

The project involves the rejuvenation and consolidation of two existing stormwater ponds, including excavation, cleaning, regrading, landscaping, and fencing work to improve stormwater management, site safety, and aesthetics. The work shall include the following tasks: 1. Removal of existing berm. - Remove the existing berm-style wall separating the two stormwater ponds to allow consolidation into a single, larger pond. The project consists of constructing the following: 1. Dredging of approximately 7000 CY of accumulated sediment from walden pond. 2. Miscellaneous civil/site work including storm drain piping, grading, erosion control, paving and other miscellaneous work; 3. Miscellaneous restoration activities.
