For the purposes of this rfp, hra/dss is seeking qualified vendors to provide permanent supportive congregate housing and services to hiv/aids services administration (hasa) clients, who have a history of mental illness, substance use disorder or mental illness with a co-occurring substance use disorder. Congregate housing consists of multiple units within one building. Permanent supportive congregate housing is available for hasa clients on a long-term basis. See outside link.
