Summary
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive restoration of the historic Bedford House at the John Jay Homestead State Historic Site in Katonah, New York. The scope includes replacement of the wood shingle roof, masonry restoration, exterior and interior restoration, structural repairs, finishes, electrical and lighting upgrades, HVAC and fire/security system upgrades, utility and IT infrastructure improvements, construction of walkways, landscaping/soil work, heritage tree care, and installation of site lighting, furnishings, and wayfinding elements.
