Work includes renovation at two (2) apartments; renovation at the laundry building; bathroom renovations; kitchen renovations; vct floor and shoe moulding replacement; window and incidental, exterior wall framing and sheathing replacement; remove existing bi-fold doors and provide new swing doors; new dehumidifiers and associated work; paint throughout each apartment; vinyl siding and trim replacement and associated work; exterior pressure washing of buildings; preparation and painting of existing exterior steel window and door lintels.
