Work includes converting the existing sludge digester to a new SBR with diffused aeration and controls, converting the chlorine contact tank to UV disinfection, installing a new effluent pump station and outfall, and replacing the Hart Avenue lift station and force main. Bids will be received at Town Hall and opened at a regular Town Council meeting; bidding documents are distributed via Commonwealth Engineers’ web-based planroom.
