Qualified youth-serving organizations in Eagle, Garfield, Lake, Pitkin, and Summit counties to support and expand existing youth programming. The purpose of these funds is to empower organizations that are committed to fostering healthy youth development, increasing youth mental health, and creating protective environments. There is robust evidence to suggest these strategies decrease the likelihood of program participants developing Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Successful proposals will submit a plan for two years and up to $30,000. The Region is able to fund up to five awards of $30,000 and one award of $20,000.
