The contractor shall: inspect and verify existing roof conditions prior to starting work. Remove or repair damaged roofing materials as needed. Repair or replace roofing components affected by normal wear and tear. Clean and repair gutters, ensuring full drainage function. Clean, inspect, and repair roof vents. Disassemble rooftop solar panels as needed to access roofing surface underneath. Reassemble and reinstall solar panels with proper electrical reconnection and safety checks. Repair or replace damaged insulation beneath roofing material. Inspect, repair and/or replace insulation material and secure vent holes on second floor administrative site. Provide all necessary tools, materials, safety equipment, and waste disposal containers. Remove and properly dispose of all debris generated by the work. Conduct a final inspection and ensure area is fully cleaned before project completion.
