The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued Request for Proposal (RFP) # PHTHOET27001, titled 'Healthy Hometowns: Mobile Integrated Health,' to select qualified applicants to initiate or expand Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) services within defined rural areas across Iowa.
