In general, the work consists of: a comprehensive renovation of 356,335 GSF including a Phase 1 renovation of 70,090 GSF of space in select areas on the Basement, Ground, 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th and 6 th Floors and a Phase 2 renovation of 286,245 GSF of space on the Basement, Ground, 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , 6 th , 7 th and Penthouse. The scope of work also includes demolition of an existing building entrance and construction of a new entrance, asphalt work on site, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter work on site, demolition of an existing concrete vault in an existing parking lot and demolition and reconstruction of a concrete retaining wall.
