The work to be performed generally includes: Installing Pre-insulated HDPE water mains including approximately 680 linear feet of 12", 250 LF of 8-inch, and 60 LF of 6"branch main lines with 4 fire hydrants. This project also includes the installation of approximately 1130 LF of water services with associated curb stops, service appurtenances, and connection to existing services. Eight (8) sewer manholes will be rehabilitated to meet District standards. All disturbed roadway and parking lot along Main Gore Place and Vail Racquet Club, approximately 15,000 SF, will be fully reconstructed. Significant traffic control and coordination with the Town of Vail Public Works Department, Town of Vail Fire Department and the local residents will be required for this project. Excavation dewatering and associated permitting will be required.
