The Minneapolis VA Healthcare System (VHA) is soliciting vendors to provide Legionella testing sampling services, including collection and laboratory analysis of water samples in accordance with VHA Directive 1061 and applicable EPA Safe Drinking Water Act requirements. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price vehicle covering approximately 580 water samples per year and will require vendors to provide sampling equipment, dental waterline testing, technical support, and timely sample analysis reports (within 15 calendar days). Vendors must comply with VA security and badging requirements and complete required web-based Rules of Behavior training each contract year.
