The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 1 issued Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) Solicitation 5NY0791 seeking 2,788 to 3,075 rentable square feet of contiguous office space in Utica, NY with 12 surface parking spaces and certain security and energy-efficiency requirements.
