Group Health Insurance

The City of Bemidji is seeking proposals for group health insurance benefits. The RFP requires carriers to provide administrative support, comply with state and federal laws, and offer competitive premium rates and renewal guarantees. The City is interested in both fully insured and self-insured funding options and currently offers four major medical plans through BCBS of Minnesota. Proposals must address the ability to administer VEBA and H.S.A. plans and provide comprehensive member services.
