Grocery Market Assessment (Study)

The City of Lancaster, Texas is soliciting proposals for a Grocery Market Assessment to evaluate current and future grocery market conditions, identify suitable sites for new grocery stores, and recommend actions to attract grocery operators. The contractor will collect demographic, economic, mobility, geospatial, and retail data; create a grocery operator inventory; conduct demand/leakage and feasibility analyses for priority sites; optionally perform community engagement; and present results to the City Council. The contract will commence upon award and be completed within a timeline established during the kick-off meeting.
