Grinding or Grinding and Removal of Organic Matter at the Recycling Center

City of Peachtree City solicits bids for grinding or grinding plus removal of vegetative/organic waste at the City Recycling Center. Contract is FY2026 with option to extend four additional fiscal years; bidders must quote unit prices per cubic yard (post-grinding) for FY2026–FY2030 and award will be based on the 5-year average price for grinding, loading and hauling. Estimated volume: 3–4 pulls/year at ~2,000 cubic yards per pull (post-grinding measurement; billing based on post-grinding). Contractor must supply grinder, operators, loading/hauling to contractor-chosen disposal site, maintain equipment/insurance (minimum $1,000,000 liability), comply with E-Verify/O.C.G.A. requirements, and accept net-30 payment terms.
