Grants for Renewable Energy Generation Projects in the Nonresidential Sector (RFP)

Seeks proposals for renewable resources with commercial operation or delivery starting in 2025 and beyond towards the pathway to 100% fossil-fuel free electricity by 2045 or earlier. RFP responses may propose (i) project ownership by SCPPA, (ii) a power purchase agreement with an ownership option or (iii) a power purchase agreement without an ownership option.

Southwestern Electric Cooperative, Inc.

Seeking proposals for the procurement of up to 50 MW of solar and 50 MW of wind from utility-scale projects located within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) territory. While its preference is for interconnected projects located within MISO Zone 4, all projects within MISO will be considered.

City of Tallahassee

Provide utility-scale solar generation projects (2.2 mw to 74.9 mw) and battery energy storage systems (10 mw - 25 mw with 4-hour duration) to meet its interim clean energy goal of adding at least 120 mw of clean, renewable energy supply capacity to its electric grid by 2030.
