Agency is not to be co-located on the same floor as any of the following government agencies:
Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons, or any other law enforcement agencies The following space configurations will not be considered: extremely long or narrow runs of space irregularly shaped space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage, as determined by the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposal package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
