Provide general counsel legal services.

Arizona Attorney General's Office

Provide outside counsel services. Establish contracts with legal counsel for the office of the attorney general (AGO), and other state agencies with appropriate statutory authority to independently retain legal counsel, on an "as needed, if needed" basis.

Union City Housing Authority

Labor counsel to serve as the attorney on general labor matters for the city housing authority.
