Gampel Pavilion Renovations project on campus, for phase 1 of the project. The University of Connecticut is undertaking a focused renovation to Gampel Pavilion on the campus. Gampel Pavilion is an approx 171,000 SF, 10,299- seat multipurpose dome and is the largest on-campus venue for college basketball in the New England area. The goal of this project’s renovation is to modernize and create maximum efficiencies of the existing spaces in Gampel Pavilion while also further increasing new revenue generating areas and opportunities that support the facility’s use. Selective Demolition, Drywall, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Access Controls and Security, AV & Data Communications Systems.

Work generally includes selective demolition, HVAC upgrades and an interior renovation to the existing community pavilion.
City of Neosho
Work includes of demolition, clearing and disposal of debris of old restroom building, and build a new pavilion and restroom. Site preparation; demolition of building; pour a concrete slab, build a pavilion and one ada compliant unisex restroom under pavilion; electrical lighting and receptacles; guttering; connect utilities - sewer and water; stub-out electrical 5 feet from new pavilion; connect sidewalk to pavilion; clean up and site restoration. Demolition will be clearing and removal of debris of the old restrooms. Concrete slab will be approximately 24 feet wide x 40 feet long with 4-inch thickness with 2'x2' footings. Site preparation, grading, and gravel base placement - 4-inch concrete slab and 32 diameter x 48 pier footings - Pavilion: 38 x 60, Douglas Fir post and beam, 6 standard bents, 6/12 roof pitch, 12 tie beam height, 2 overhang, roof assembly with 30-year shingles - Electrical: 100A outdoor panel, trench for 1/0 wire, 4 duplex outlets, 4 wall packs - Water: supply to north and south ends of pavilion; site map will be provided - Alternate: seamless gutters (separate pricing)
