FY 2025 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program Resurfacing of Freeman Avenue, Sherman Avenue & McClellan Avenue

Project work includes roadway improvements to the various mentioned roadways in the township.

County of St. Louis

Work consists of removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement and curbs, surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, removal and replacement of modular block wall, installation of accessible pedestrian signals. And other incidental items

Lake County

Project will add new traffic signals to the intersection of Deerfield Parkway and Barclay Boulevard in Buffalo Grove as well as updating curb ramps and closing a median gap along Deerfield Parkway. This project will also add new traffic signals to the intersection of Sunset Avenue and Northern Avenue in Waukegan as well as updating curb ramps and adding a portion of sidewalk along Northern Avenue. This work includes concrete curb and gutter removal and construction, concrete sidewalk removal and construction, HMA driveway removal and replacement, installation of storm sewer and drainage structures, street lighting modification, pavement marking, landscaping, and all associated work necessary to complete the project. Bid items: 5 Ea tree root pruning; 305 CY earth excavation; 448 SY of 4" topsoil furnish and place; 1,236 SY of 4" agg base course, ty B; 552 SF of 7" portland cement conc sidewalk.
