Summary
The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services (Divisions of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services and Public Health) seeks proposals to coordinate youth-led, school-based substance use prevention through Friday Night Live (FNL) and Club Live (CL) programs across Marin County. The selected provider will coordinate at least three FNL/CL chapters, provide training and technical assistance per the California FNL Roadmap, build youth capacity for data use and advocacy, and ensure chapters develop at least one environmental prevention strategy. The effort is funded through the federal Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Block Grant and the anticipated contract period runs Sept 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with options to renew.
