Free State High School Press Box Remodel (IFB)

Modifications to an existing press box structure at free state high school. Work of the project is defined by the contract documents and consists of the following: 1) The project entails modifying existing press box to include a new roof structure, new veneer, and enclose the existing ADA lift. 2) Any adjacent areas damaged during construction, regardless of the cause, must be repaired or replaced to the satisfaction of the Design Team Representative and the Owner’s Representative at no additional cost to the Project. 3) The building will not be occupied during construction, although the adjacent athletic fields may be utilized.
