Summary
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (FCEM&HS), is seeking a comprehensive upgrade to the emergency operations
networking and audiovisual display systems to improve incident coordination, situational awareness, and real-time information sharing across multiple operational centers. To support these
operations, the agency requires the ability to track, process, and display information through a combination of video walls, projectors, and individual display systems. These enhancements will
improve the creation, visualization, and sharing of common operating pictures utilizing GIS maps, documents, spreadsheets, video, and audio inputs. In addition, the upgraded system must support
seamless data sharing between the Assessment Center, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and Joint Information Center (JIC), all of which are located on-site at FCEM&HS.
