Food Service Management for Greater Albany Public School District # 8j

The Greater Albany Public School District #8J issued an RFP to procure a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to operate and manage USDA child nutrition programs across the district’s 21 schools beginning July 1, 2026. The FSMC must prepare and serve meals for programs including NSLP, SBP, SFSP, CACFP and FFVP, maintain sanitary kitchens, meet USDA/Oregon Department of Education regulations, provide employee training, manage procurement and financial records, and follow Buy American requirements. A mandatory site visit (Pre-Bid Conference) is scheduled for January 14, 2026 at South Albany High School; proposals are due when the bid opens on January 30, 2026.
