Food Service Management Company (Request for Proposal)

The operation of a food service program for the Moultonborough Public Schools. The Moultonborough Public Schools food service program may include any of the following programs: National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Program (FFVP), Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), NSLP Seamless Summer Option (SSO), NSLP Extended and/or Vended Meals. The FSMC will assume responsibility for the efficient management and consulting service of the food program including, but not limited to; menus, purchasing, receiving, storing, setting up cafeteria lines, counter service, cleanup, sanitation, training, hiring and supervising personnel, and presenting food in a way to create optimum student participation. The program will include the use of federally donated commodities.
