Summary
Task requirement 1: general accounting support: in providing general accounting support, the contractor is expected to have comprehensive financial, operational, and system-related capabilities rooted in a knowledge of federal regulations and statutory requirements for financial management. The contractor is required to have experience and demonstrate excellence in performing financial, system, and performance- based audits, financial analysis and reconciliation, as well as the capability to identify and recommend all of the essential actions in order to correct all abnormal financial accounting issues for all treasury funding types. The contractor shall adhere to applicable federal financial management regulations and treasury financial management and information technology policies. The key personnel should have current knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (gaap) as set forth by the federal accounting standards advisory board (fasab) and standards of financial accounting established by the financial accounting standards board (fasb). In addition, key personnel should have experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, investments, auditing, internal controls, risk management, information systems auditing, financial systems operations, data analytics, cost accounting, and project management. The contractor shall demonstrate the capability and knowledge to perform continual accounting, financial and business process analysis, mapping, and improvement. See attached file.
