The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is soliciting proposals to establish and operate a fifty (50)-bed moderate-risk residential program providing Juvenile Sexual Offender Treatment Services for male youth ages 10–19, either in a DJJ-owned facility in Tampa or in a respondent-owned/leased facility within Florida. Required services include 24/7 custody and continuous supervision, evidence-based juvenile sexual offender treatment and optional overlay services (substance abuse, mental health, intensive MH treatment, co-occurring disorders, developmental disability supports, and medical complex overlays), with specified staff-to-youth ratios and staffing qualifications. The contract will commence upon execution and the procurement is a competitive Request for Proposals.
