Fiber Infrastructure Asset Assessment, Needs Assessment, and Conceptual Design

The Southside Network Authority (SNA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Professional Infrastructure Services Firms (ISFs) to perform Phase 1 planning work for Fiber Optic Infrastructure projects, including an Asset Assessment, Needs Assessment, and Conceptual Design. If stakeholders proceed, Phase 2 may include higher- and low-level design and an implementation plan; the contract may be awarded for multiple similar projects across the Hampton Roads region. The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is assisting SNA with administration and management of the RFP, and the resulting contract will be with SNA.

Provide veteran treatment court needs assessment and a comprehensive statewide needs assessment. The purpose of this project is to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment of Veterans residing in South Carolina to identify the high priority needs of transitioning service members, Veterans, and their families. The assessment will identify service gaps, barriers to access, and opportunities for improvement across key domains including healthcare, housing, employment, education, mental health, and social support. The findings will inform policy development, resource allocation, and programmatic strategies to better serve the Veteran population.

Seeking proposals for conceptual design services for a new Municipal Complex, including spatial needs assessment, existing facilities assessments, site assessment, funding assessment, and a recommended conceptual site and floor-plan design with preliminary cost estimates.
