Summary
The contractor shall design, implement, and independently manage a solution to execute the following high-level objectives: Objective 1: Turnkey Program and Change Management. Establish a commercial management structure that provides seamless transition, change management for Government stakeholders, quality control, and efficient execution of all requirements. The solution must shift the daily task management burden from the Government to the vendor. Objective 2: Proactive, Data-Driven Logistics Analysis. Provide robust research and predictive, data-driven analysis on a wide range of Army Logistics and Installation issues and data at echelon. Formulate strategies, compelling presentations, and executive-level recommendations suitable for senior Army and DoD officials. See attached file.
