Summary
The scope of this contract includes the complete range of services - as described in the work areas below - necessary for the FAA to support its financial, budget, and management-related activities.
Specific exclusions (e.g. software development services or custom configuration of COTS software products) are noted within work areas. This is an agency-wide contract, and services in support of any FAA Office are in scope of this contract. Additionally, any office within DOT may order work within the scope of this contract to support their own financial, budget, and management related activities. The authority for DOT to place orders against the contract is in accordance with the Economy Act (31 U.S.C. § 1535). The Economy Act (31 U.S.C. § 1535) authorizes federal agencies to purchase goods or services from other federal agencies or major
organizational units, fostering efficiency and cost-sharing. See attached file.
