Enrollment Broker Systems and Services (RFP)

Provide enrollment broker systems and services. This RFP is to secure a contractor to serve as an enrollment broker. This partnership will be critical in streamlining member enrollment into medicaid health plans, establishing a robust system for managing member and health plan data, facilitating efficient health plan assignments, and delivering a comprehensive self-service portal that enables beneficiaries to check their eligibility and enrollment status, request mihealth card, etc. The state is seeking either a contractor hosted or state hosted cots or saas software solution and applicable services.
