California Energy Commission seeks a prime contractor/team to provide technical and administrative support for energy efficiency analysis and forecasting: developing analytical methods for forecasting EE savings (per SB 350), tracking market-based EE savings, electrification and GHG emissions analysis, demand response/demand flexibility analysis, building a common platform for long-term statewide energy demand scenarios, and managing subcontractors. This work will support informed decision-making by the authority to assess the costs and benefits of modernization, energy efficiency, and capital investments while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Additionally, it will aid long-term planning by integrating best practices into planning, design, procurement, construction, and operations to enhance metro's energy, resilience, and environmental performance.
